  • 300 g ground pork
  • 300 g green beans sliced into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 2 cup freshly squeezed coconut cream
  • 4 pcs birds eye chilis (optional)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 can DOLE Pineapple Chunks, 227 grams

Procedure

  1. In a wok, saute garlic and onions.
  2. Add ground pork and cook while continuously stirring for 5 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes in medium high heat, at this stage coconut milk will be reduced and thick.
  4. Add shrimp paste (bagoong), green beans and DOLE Pineapple Chunks, stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Season with finely ground black pepper and chilis(optional) then serve.
