  • 1 cup quick melting cheese, shredded
  • 250 grams ham, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 12 white onion, finely chopped
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can DOLE Pineapple Tidbits, 227g
  • 1 pc green pepper finger, sliced
  • 1 pack DOLE Tomato Sauce, 115g
  • Lumpia wrapper
  • Oil

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, mix ham, bell pepper, onion, DOLE Pineapple Tidbits, bacon, finger pepper and DOLE Tomato Sauce.
  2. Get a lumpia wrapper; add a spoonful of the filling mixture in the center. Top with cheese.
  3. Fold lumpia wrapper into squares, securing each fold by wetting the wrapper with a little bit of water.
  4. Fry in oil until both sides are golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
