Procedure

  1. Heat cream till warm.
  2. Mix gelatin, sugar, coffee on cream till dissolved and mold it in cups and chill for an hour inside ref.
  3. After chilling run your knife on the sides of cups and place bottom part of cup on warm water to remove easily.
  4. Flip cups upside down and top with melted chocolate and DOLE Tropical Fruit Cocktail now you have your own panacotta!
