  • 2 kilos potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed
  • 12 cup cooked bacon, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can DOLE Pineapple Chunks, 227g
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Japanese bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise

Procedure

  1. Combine potatoes, bacon and spring onions in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Get 2 tablespoonful and place on palm. Put DOLE Pineapple Chunks in the center and form into cylinders.
  2. Dip in egg. Roll in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Serve with mayonnaise as dip.
