  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pcs Hungarian sausage cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
  • 250 grams penne, cooked as per package instructions
  • 1 pouch DOLE Sweet Italian Garlic & Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce
  • Handful basil leaves, torn
  • Parmesan cheese to serve
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the sausages. Fry for about 8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. Add in the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and saute for another minute.
  3. Pour in the Dole Sweet Italian Garlic and Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce and let boil and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the basil and cooked pasta into the sauce, and then serve in bowls. Top with parmesan cheese.
