Crispy Breaded Fish Fillet in Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce

  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup japanese breadcrumbs
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce (any brand)
  • 1 can DOLE Pineapple Tidbits, 227 grams

Procedure

  1. Heat oil for deep frying.
  2. Season fish with paprika,garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip fish in egg and dip it into breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry breaded fish on hot oil (set aside).
  5. In another pan heat oil and saute garlic then pour in barbecue sauce on desired amount and then add DOLE Pineapple Tidbits cook it until fragrant and thick.
  6. Pour sauce on top of fried fish and enjoy!
