Procedure

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºf.
  2. In a large mixing bowl using a whisk mix eggs and sugar together until creamy.
  3. Mix in salt, baking soda, cinnamon and oil.
  4. Add nuts and DOLE Tropical Fruit Cocktail (without the syrup) together with the flour.
  5. Mix batter until smooth.
  6. Get an 8x3 round pan and brush bottom part with oil and dust it with flour.
  7. Pour your cake batter into the pan and bake it for 50 minutes to an hour.
  8. Insert toothpick at the center of the cake. If toothpick comes out clean then its done. If not, bake it for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Pour melted white chocolate on top of cake and serve.
