Ingredients

  • Chicken Fingers:
  • 4 pcs Chicken breast fillet, sliced into strips
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Fruity Coleslaw:
  • 12 cabbage head, shredded
  • 1 can DOLE Tropical Fruit Cocktail, 432g
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pc lemon, juiced
  • 12 cup honey
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 1 pc green apple, cubed

Procedure

  1. Mix egg, milk and garlic powder in a bowl. Place chicken strips. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Drain.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs and baking powder. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken into the flour mixture. Coat evenly.
  3. Heat up oil and try chicken pieces until golden brown. Drain off excess oil. Serve with fruity coleslaw.

Fruity Coleslaw:

  1. Combine all Ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Chill and serve.
