  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 cup white sugar
  • 12 cup oil for frying
  • 12 cup pineapple juice

Procedure

  1. Fry bangus in hot oil. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, put all ingredients especially DOLE Pineapple Chunks.
  3. Let it simmer.
  4. Once sauce is cooked and has reduced, pour on bangus and enjoy!
