Adobo Rice with Pinapple Chunks

  • 3 cup rice
  • Adobo leftover (any kind) pork or chicken
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 can DOLE Pineapple Chunks, 227 grams
  • 2 tbsp oil

Procedure

  1. Fry garlic in oil until golden brown (set aside) shred meat (chicken or pork).
  2. Heat oil in pan and add DOLE Pineapple Chunks till it caramelized then add rice and shredded meat.
  3. Mix in fried garlic bits and spring onions enjoy!
